2010 f150 steering shaft recall

Someone is eventually going to die in a wreck because of this problem. I own a 2018 ford f 150. They cant explain why the steering randomly shifts to the left. NHTSA addressed this issue in 2018 in SSM 47701 and 47589, IDs 10152466 and 10148729. If I was on the highway I would not be writing this complaint. Long story short, im at 46k miles, ive had 11 alignments and been thru three sets of tires. Are taking it to a dealer they said that is strange but could not find a fix. I love it that the Ford dealer act like you dont know, what your talking about. Total time in the shop so far 3 times for over 20 days.
